Silicon Valley Tech For Good Basecamp 2025

Overview

This 3-day basecamp brings together tech professionals and nonprofits to create AI-powered solutions for social impact. You'll either work directly with a nonprofit partner on their specific challenges or join the open track to design general AI tools for nonprofit needs. The focus is on human-centered design and collaboration, not just coding.

Requirements

Participants must be of legal age in their country of residence and can join from anywhere globally, excluding standard exceptions. Application is required for tech participants. You'll either work on a specific nonprofit's challenge or design general AI tools for nonprofit themes. Submissions by the end of Day 3 include a working prototype or demo and a presentation or pitch to judges and nonprofit partners.

Prizes

There is one non-cash prize to be awarded to five winners. The specific details of the prizes will be announced at the event.
