Overview

LuminHacks challenges you to build something new and exciting using AI models. Whether you're just starting or have experience, this hackathon is for you. You can create anything from apps to art generators, as long as it uses at least one AI model. The event emphasizes privacy and offers a supportive community to help you succeed.

Requirements

This hackathon is open to students who are above the legal age of majority in their country. You can participate from anywhere in the world, with standard exceptions. You can work alone or in a team. Your project must be new and original, showcasing the use of at least one AI model or API. You can use any platform like web, desktop, or mobile. For submission, you need to provide a working application link, a written description in English explaining your project and the AI used, a 3-minute demo video in English, and a public GitHub repository with all your code and documentation. You'll also need to provide any testing access details for the judges.

Prizes

There's a total of $3,500 in cash prizes. The first place winner will receive $2,000, the second place winner gets $1,000, and the third place winner will be awarded $500. These prizes are for the top three projects.
