Overview

This hackathon challenges you to design AI-powered solutions that help businesses improve client and customer service. You'll focus on creating tools that boost efficiency, personalize customer interactions, and enhance overall business performance. Explore ideas like chatbots, predictive analytics, or customer support automation to make a real-world impact.

Requirements

Participants must be of legal age in their country of residence, and the hackathon is open to all countries except for standard exceptions. You should build an AI-powered solution aimed at improving business client and customer service. This can be a prototype, demo, or conceptual model that showcases how AI can increase efficiency, personalization, and performance. When you submit, you'll need to provide a working demo, prototype, or mockup, along with either a short video (2-4 minutes) or a slide presentation explaining your project and its impact. You'll also need to include a brief project description on Devpost detailing the technologies used and how your idea addresses the challenge.

Prizes

There are $3,000 in cash prizes available. Specifically, there are two $1,500 cash prizes for the winners.
