Hack4Haiti - Schneider Electric
Overview
Join the Hack4Haiti competition hosted by We Kids and Schneider Electric to create innovative solutions for challenges faced in Haiti. This hackathon is open to both technical and non-technical participants, with teams of 1-4 people. You'll receive the competition prompt four days in advance to prepare your ideas.
Requirements
This hackathon is open to individuals aged 14 and above, from all countries and territories, with standard exceptions. Teams should consist of 1 to 4 members. Your team is required to develop a solution, product, or company that addresses a relevant issue in Haiti. You need to create and demonstrate a solution, which can be a coded prototype or a non-technical mockup. Additionally, you must present a business or sustainability plan and clearly communicate its expected impact. The exact submission requirements will be posted on August 14, 2025.
Prizes
There is a cash prize of $200 awarded to the single winning team. This prize will be presented at the ending ceremony.
