AI ATL 2025

Overview

AI ATL 2025 is Atlanta's premier Generative AI Hackathon, hosted by Startup Exchange. This event challenges students to build innovative AI applications, with a focus on utilizing cutting-edge AI technology. It's an opportunity to explore the latest advancements in AI and create impactful projects.

Requirements

This hackathon is exclusively for accepted applicants who are students aged 18 and above, and participation is limited to residents of the US only. You must submit a project on Devpost, including a recorded demo video (around 5 minutes), all team members added to the submission, and a GitHub repository created between the hackathon start and end times. The Devpost submission must be made by November 9th, 2025, at midnight. The GitHub repository cannot be edited after 8 AM on November 9th, 2025.

Prizes

AI ATL 2025 offers a wide array of non-cash prizes across multiple tracks. The 'Overall Track Winner' receives Nintendo Switches and MLH winner pins for each team member. The 'Beginner Track Winner' gets iPads and MLH winner pins. Other track prizes include Google Cloud swag, up to $2,000 split for the PrizePicks challenge, significant Microsoft credits and benefits for the 'Microsoft for Startups' track, a $1,000 prize for the 'Matt Steele' track, a chance to pitch for up to $500k investment from Drive Capital, SenseCap Card Trackers for 'Best Use of Solana', Google Swag Kits for 'Best Use of Gemini API', portable monitor screens for 'Best Use of Vultr', Arduino Tiny ML Kits for 'Best Use of Snowflake API', Beats Wireless Earbuds for 'Best Use of ElevenLabs', M5GO IoT Starter Kits for 'Best Use of MongoDB Atlas', and a .Tech Domain Name for up to 10 years plus Blue Snowball Mics for 'Best .Tech Domain Name'.
