CodingReady is a premier STEM educator focused on teaching kids real-world programming skills. The program is designed to transform kids' screen time from passive consumption to active creation. By learning to code, kids gain essential skills for the 21st-century digital economy. CodingReady offers a unique project-based teaching approach that ensures kids are constantly learning while having fun. The program is currently available in two locations: Scarborough and Mississauga.

Use Cases

CodingReady's courses are designed for kids who are literate and can type. The program offers a variety of courses, including:

• Fun With Coding: Kids learn to code using a block-based coding language. They create interactive stories, animations, games, music, and art. This course is suitable for beginners and runs for 6 months, with classes starting mid-May.
• Coding Fundamentals for Kids: This course is for kids who want to advance their computational and logical concepts. It also runs for 6 months.
• Foundations of Programming: This course introduces kids to syntax-based programming with a focus on Python, the #1 programming language. It runs for 8 months, with 2 hours of class time per week.
• Foundations of Programming II: This intermediate-level course focuses on building computational thinking and collections data structures. Kids solve real-world challenges from domains such as Biology, Banking, and Engineering. It also runs for 8 months, with 2 hours of class time per week.
• Advanced Programming: This course is for kids who want to advance their Python skills. Students learn how to build apps and games that they can play with each other. It runs for 8 months, with 2 hours of class time per week.
