ByDesign AI Canvas: The First Planner That Thinks With You

Introduction

ByDesign AI Canvas is a new productivity tool launched on September 24, 2026. It is designed to help people plan their goals and daily schedules more effectively. Unlike traditional planners that just list tasks, this tool uses artificial intelligence to think alongside the user. It creates detailed roadmaps for goals and allows users to adjust their plans easily as life changes. The platform was created by Ravi Gaud and is available at beta.ai.app.bydesign.io.

Benefits

ByDesign AI Canvas offers several key advantages for anyone looking to improve their organization and focus.

First, it provides AI-driven goal planning. When a user enters a goal, the system automatically builds a complete roadmap. This roadmap includes specific steps to take, the resources needed, recommended courses, and a full-year schedule. This saves users time on research and planning.

Second, the tool features a conversational assistant. Users can talk to the planner to reshuffle their weekly schedule or find open time slots. This makes it easy to schedule meetings on the go or adjust plans when priorities shift. The assistant helps users stay flexible without losing track of their objectives.

Third, the flexible visualization canvas allows users to see their plans from different angles. Users can view the next ten days, an entire quarter, or the whole year. This flexibility helps with both short-term task management and long-term strategic planning.

Use Cases

ByDesign AI Canvas is suitable for professionals, entrepreneurs, and anyone who wants smarter planning. Here are some common ways people use the tool:

1. Planning long-term projects with clear milestones and steps.
2. Reshuffling weekly schedules to manage time better.
3. Scheduling meetings and tasks spontaneously without disrupting the overall plan.
4. Planning resources and courses that align with specific career or personal goals.
