Location and Behavior

The BTR hangs out on the Streets of Tarkov and Woods maps. It is friendly to all players unless someone attacks it or buys the ''covering fire'' service. The BTR stays at each stop for 2 minutes while on patrol and honks twice 10 seconds before it leaves. Traitor Scavs do not like the BTR.

Services Offered

The BTR Driver offers different services to up to 4 passengers. The cost of these services depends on your faction, Scav karma, Charisma level, and travel distance.

Taxi Service

Players can travel safely to any available point on a location. The BTR has specific stops marked on the map for both Streets of Tarkov and Woods. The cost of the taxi service depends on where you are going and your Scav karma, with an average trip costing less than 10,000 roubles.

Covering Fire

Players can order covering fire using BTR weaponry for a safe drop off at a stop. This service is available after buying the taxi service. If someone buys this service, the BTR becomes unfriendly to nearby PMCs until the service ends.

Item Extraction

Players can send items found in raid to their stash by placing them in the BTR trunk. Items will arrive after 1 hour via the mail system. The size of the BTR trunk depends on Scav karma, ranging from 5x2 to 7x4 slots.
